Where I Work

Based in the centre of town in Wantage, Oxfordshire.
I offer face-to-face sessions in a comfortable setting. I also provide the option for online or telephone appointments if that is preferred.

My Approach

Everyone’s experience is different, and so is the way I work.

I offer integrative counselling, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models to suit your unique needs. My work is grounded in person-centred values—respect, equality, and compassion—so you’ll always be met without judgement, in a space where your thoughts and feelings are truly heard. 

I believe in working collaboratively. You are the expert in your own life, and together we can explore what’s troubling you at your own pace—whether that’s a specific issue like anxiety or loss, or a general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

Over time, therapy can help you build insight, grow self-trust, and feel more aligned with yourself and your relationships.

A calm space to feel heard and supported. Hello, I’m Kate—a qualified, BACP-registered counsellor offering individual and couples therapy in person and online, from my practise in Wantage. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of whatever’s going on for you.
